Ginger and Scarlet
I'd like to introduce Ginger and Scarlet, two  2 1/2 year old, small, deep
red and white loving basset sisters who are active, funny, and eager to
please.

Ginger:  I'm the thoughtful and careful one. I find the toys and will
amuse myself for an hour at a time, playing, chasing and chewing  on them.
Unfortunately, Scarlet always thinks my toys are better than hers, leaves
hers and tries to steal mine.  She also tries to butt in when I am getting
loving from my foster mom.  She is always afraid she is going to be left out
of something.  She does clean my ears out though, and washes my face to make
sure I am presentable.  It's a good thing having a sister.

Scarlet:  I only try to take her toys because hers ARE better than mine!
I HAVE to be first in line and right in the middle for attention, otherwise
someone might forget about ME.  Ginger didn't tell you how when she gets
impatient with me she nibbles at the back of my ears to get me to play, did
she?  Or that when I am trying to play with one of the other dogs she will
tackle me and then run off and make me chase her around the back yard.  She
IS kind of nice to snuggle up to at night though, and I do love having a
sister.

These two girls were never treated to much human companionship but are now
housebroken, crate trained, very affectionate and full of kisses, and in
good spirits all the time. They are so bonded they need to go to the same
home.  They are learning to walk on lead and sit.  They love children, and
are gentle and comical.  They will absolutely light up your household
